Unlike fresh cream, Crème de la Crème can be prepared in exactly the amount you need, helping you avoid half-used bottles of cream going to waste.

How to Prepare

Add ¼ cup of Crème de la Crème to a bowl with 130ml of chilled milk or water.

Beat for approximately 2 minutes, or until the cream becomes light and fluffy.

Serve immediately or refrigerate until needed.
